Establish protocols for the queue such as caller positioning and agent permissions with the 3CX phone system. The queue can allow callers to save their place in line after they have hung up, and when their place comes up an agent can call them back. The phone system includes agent quality control features such as call listening in and jumping in, and reporting and statistical data on agents and callers.
