Kuando Busylight UC for Microsoft Lync
The Kuando Busylight UC helps improve company communication by displaying a user's current presence state in Lync with the colors red, yellow, green and purple. This helps reduce awkward interruptions and time spent trying to figure out if a user is on a call.
The Busylight UC rings and flashes when there are incoming calls on Lync. Since many computers don't have speakers connected, if a user is not wearing his headset, he probably wouldn't hear the ringing. The Busylight helps solve that problem.
If that's too distracting or unnecessary, a user can simply mute the ringtone and use silent flashes at incoming calls. This also helps to be able to determine the call from a distance.
