Installation Services maximize your technology investment and provide you with a single, expert resource. The Installation Services include pre-delivery check and verification of site network and power requirements; delivery, inspection and preparation of system components, software and peripherals; system software installation or system hardware installation to power supplies and connection to networks; installation of all Polycom supplied peripherals and assistance with the connection of customer supplied peripherals; live system tests to ensure that the system/software is functioning properly and meets published specifications; installation performed by a Polycom-authorized customer service engineer or installation specialist; user orientation for instruction in the use of the system.

“I would give it a 5 but the fact that the credit card information is not completely process before confirming your order and then if found to be accidentally inputted in wrongly, the order is cancel, is a bit backwards. In any event, the ordering process is simple and efficient.”
