Axis Canon VB-M640VE is an IP security camera for outdoor installation in a vandal-resistant dome casing. VB-M640VE offer 720p HD video using a Canon lens with Super-UD elements to reduce color distortion. The anti-reflective lens coating lessens ghosting and flaring when taking video at night. VB-M640VE has an ultra-wide varifocal 2.55-6.12mm lens with very wide f/1.2-1.8 aperture for color video down to 0.02 lux. VB-M640VE is a full PRTZ camera with 2.4x optical zoom, 350° panning range, 150° tilting range and 350° rotating range. Remote Adjustment Function lets you reposition the angles remotely to save time and get the picture you want.

Canon VB-M640VE offers the incredible image quality you expect from Canon. It has a professional DIGIC DV III image processor, which improves the video quality even more. The DIGIC NET II processor allows for concurrent streaming of H.264 and MJPEG streams in differing resolutions to optimize streaming vs recording. Area-Specific Data Size Reduction makes the video feed efficient to save on bandwidth and storage. You can store video through the network or in camera using a microSD card.
