Axis Companion Eye LVE lets SMB (small-to-midsize business) owners have enterprise-grade security with an outdoor, vandal-resistant network security camera. Manage your cameras and view your video feeds from anywhere using the Axis Companion video management software for Windows and the Axis Companion app for Android and iOS. The Companion Eye LVE is a mini-dome style IP camera with a fixed 2.8 mm lens, giving it a generous field of view of 118° horizontal and 65° vertical. The 1/2.8" CMOS sensor takes 1080p Full HD video at 30 fps. An 850 nm infrared LED with a range of 50 ft lets the camera take usable evidence even in pitch black. The camera has a three-axis rotation system, letting you capture whatever scene you need. The flat-faced design reduces reflections, keeping your images clear. Axis's class-leading video technology includes Axis Zipstream, which reduces the network and storage load produced by the camera, and WDR (wide dynamic range), which allows the camera to adapt to high-contrast situations.

Axis Companion Eye LVE has a durable ASA polymer casing that is IP66-, NEMA 250 Type 4X- and IK08-rated. This means it can withstand the weather and resist vandals. Torx 10 security screws add another layer of physical security, and Axis includes extensive software security features like Axis Secure Remote Access and SD card encryption. Store video locally on an SD card or through the network via the Axis Companion Recorder or other NAS. The camera is powered through the Ethernet port via PoE (power over Ethernet). Axis Companion Eye LVE includes a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
