Axis D8308 Fiber Aggregation Switch - 03063-004

Axis D8308 is a network switch with eight SFP+ and two SFP28 ports that acts as a centralizing solution for connecting multiple Axis IP devices with fiber midspans. By using fiber, you can greatly extend the distance of your surveillance installation, because fiber optic cables transmit data over much greater distances without significant data loss, as compared with copper Ethernet cabling. In that regard, D8308 is ideal for linking remote locations within a contained network.

D8308 also lets you grow your IP camera system by adding more fiber switches or network switches. Easy to configure with Axis devices, the fiber switch has been optimized for IP surveillance. Manage it using its unique web graphic user interface.
