Axis P1387-LE is a 5 MP outdoor security camera that gives you 2.5× the resolution of a 1080p Full HD camera, providing extra-detailed protection. Intended for outdoor installation, P1387-LE features an extended operating temperature range of -40°F to 140°. It has a built-in front heater to keep its front ice- and condensation-free. Electronic image stabilization (EIS) deals with vibrations and barrel distortion correction means the camera retains the natural shapes of objects, cars, and people. The camera works for general surveillance with a varifocal lens and configurable scene profiles, making it usable across the full range of outdoor scenarios, including monitoring city blocks, buildings, warehouses, hangars, and more.

P1387-LE is powered by an Axis ARTPEC-8 chip, which means you get image enhancing technologies and integrated analytics solutions. Lightfinder 2.0 deal with extreme low-light, giving your video highly accurate color reproduction to help with identification. Forensic WDR adapts to harsh lighting contrasts to keep important detail that might otherwise be lost. The integrated OptimizedIR infrared lights give you security video in no-light conditions out to 164 feet. The camera comes with a suite of analytics, including Live Privacy Shield, Scene Metadata, Video Motion Detection, Speed Monitor, and Object Analytics. P1387-LE also can support License Plate Verifier and Perimeter Defender (not included). It keeps the video feed ultra-efficient with Axis Zipstream and H.265 (HEVC) video compression. Store video in camera using a microSD/SDHC/SDXC card or through the network via a NAS system or NVR. The camera is interoperable with third-party devices and systems, because it is compliant with ONVIF Profiles G, M, S, and T.
