Axis P3228-LVE gives you 4k Ultra HD surveillance video with infrared capability in a vandal-resistant, outdoor-ready dome camera. P3228-LVE is an advanced IP camera that uses a varifocal 3.5-10mm lens with f/1.7 aperture and P-iris control with a sensor that provides resolution four times that of 1080p cameras. For critical installations, you know you need the detail. P3228-LVE has a ±180° panning range, 115° tilting range, and 190° rotation range, so positioning the camera won't be a worry. Hands-on adjustments aren't necessary either with remote zoom and focus control. The weather- and impact-resistant casing, hard-coated dome, dehumidifying membrane, encapsulated electronics, and security screws, along with an integrated active tampering alarm, prevent vandals and the elements from harming your security camera.
Axis P3228-LVE improves video and network performance using class-leading technology. Axis OptimizedIR uses discreet, power efficient infrared LEDs with a 100ft range to give you incredible evidence in pitch-black conditions. Axis Lightfinder provides extreme light sensitivity while retaining lifelike coloration down to 0.19 lux. Axis WDR - Forensic Capture intelligently balances exposure levels when faced with high-contrast or shifting lighting. Axis Zipstream improves the efficiency of the video feed by up to 50% while retaining important detail to save on bandwidth and storage. Store video through the network or using a microSD card. The camera is ONVIF Profile S and Profile G compliant, so you can use it with other standards-based network security systems.
