The Digium Switchvox E530 is an IP-PBX phone system designed for medium sized business that has a 1U rack mountable form factor. The Switchvox E530 supports up to 600 phones and 200 concurrent calls.

The Switchvox E530 features a quad-core processor and a solid-state drive which make for a fast and reliable solution as an on-premise phone system. Additionally, with native hardware and software integration, the Switchvox E530 also integrates seamlessly with Digium's HD VoIP phones.

When loaded with the Switchvox SMB Software Package, the E530 has advanced Unified Communications (UC) features that include built-in IVR, call queues, chat messaging, CRM integration for support for Salesforce.com, video call support, a conference bridge, fax integration, and a mobile phone app.
