Get an expansion handset for the EnGenius DuraFon PRO Long-Range Wireless Phone System. This handset needs a DuraFon PRO base station for operation. It uses 900 mHz FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology for exceptional privacy.
DuraFon PRO HC acts as a cordless telephone with an extended wireless range. It also acts as an intercom for 2-way communications with another DuraFon PRO HC handset without needing the base station. In addition, you can use it in broadcast mode to push messages to other handsets. The Lithium-ion battery gives it up to 6 hrs of talk time on a single charge. It has a durable IP42-rated housing making it suitable even for industrial environments.
