Jabra Engage 40 is a Microsoft Teams Certified edition plug-and-play USB headset. Jabra Engage 40 comes with USB-A or USB-C connectivity. The USB-A model (PN: 4099-419-279) comes standard. If you want the USB-C model (PN: 4099-419-299), select it from the dropdown menu above. This model of Engage 40 is the stereo MS version, designed to be used with Microsoft Teams. The headset is also available in a UC edition, compatible with almost every unified communications platform and most of the leading contact center platforms. It is also available in a mono version.
Engage 40 MS is an office-ready headset for contact centers, call centers, general office work, home office, remote and hybrid workers, and more. The headset uses two microphones to improve voice pickup and get rid of background noise. Engage 40 also uses the BalancedVoice signal processing algorithm, which makes every call you're on even clearer — crystal-clear. Designed to be worn all day long, it weighs only 63 g and has a maze-shaped pattern on the earcups, which reduces ear pressure over time. This model comes with a Link inline call control unit with a dedicated Microsoft Teams button, plus volume, mute and more.
Engage 40 supports Engage+ — a brand-new live feedback widget to improve the call experience for both user and customer. Engage+ is lightweight yet highly useful. It provides real-time notifications on aspects like background noise and call duration — so you can optimize the call. It also helps you by letting you know when the microphone is still muted.
