Jabra Engage 50 II is a Microsoft Teams Certified plug-and-play headset that comes with USB-A or USB-C connectivity. The USB-A model (PN: 5093-299-2119) comes standard. It is intended for use with Microsoft Teams. The headset is also available in a stereo MS version, or in UC versions that are compatible with almost every unified communications platform and most of the leading contact center platforms.

Engage 50 II MS is a USB headset for call centers, contact centers, offices and home offices where you use Microsoft Teams — and it's great for hybrid workers and remote workers, too. This version comes with a Link inline call control unit with dedicated Microsoft Teams button — plus volume wheel, customizable buttons for platform integrations, and more. The headset features a three-microphone design — crystal-clear speech without background noise. The microphones can enable speech-to-text functionality like automatic call transcription. The headset is designed with everyday use in mind. The earcup with 20 mm speaker is noise-isolating to improve comprehension, but has a maze-shaped pattern to reduce ear pressure. Engage 50 II makes your experience even better by incorporating technology. BalancedVoice dynamic range compression improves voice comprehension by intelligently leveling voices on every call you make. The Engage+ live feedback widget gives highly useful live feedback to users — real-time notifications that make each call better. For example, the widget lets you monitor background noise and call duration in real time. It even helps you to position the microphone perfectly. To reduce distractions in the office, Engage 50 II has a busylight — coworkers will know at a glance when you're busy. The headset also supports SmartRinger — set the ringer to only go off when you're not at your desk.
