Jabra Engage 50 II is a plug-and-play headset that comes with USB-A or USB-C connectivity. The USB-A model (PN: 5093-299-2219) comes standard. It is compatible with almost every unified communications platform and most leading contact center platforms. The headset is also available in a stereo UC version, or in MS versions for use with Microsoft Teams.

Engage 50 II is a professional USB headset for call centers, contact centers, offices and home offices — and is great for hybrid workers, too. This version comes with a Link inline call control unit, which not only has a volume wheel and call handling button, but also customizable buttons for platform integrations. It uses a three-microphone design to clarify speech and get rid of background noise. The microphones are so good they can enable speech-to-text functionality like automatic call transcribing. The earcup with 20 mm speaker is designed for noise isolation, improving comprehension. It has a maze-shaped pattern on the earcup to lessen ear pressure, weighs only 45 g and has been stress-tested for long-lasting durability. Engage 50 II incorporates technology for an even better call experience. BalancedVoice dynamic range compression levels sound for improve voice comprehension on every single call. The Engage+ live feedback widget offers the user real-time notifications for making each call better — during the call itself. For example, it helps you monitor background noise and call duration, and even tells you when you've positioned the microphone to best effect. Engage 50 II has a busylight that indicates at a glance when you're in the middle of a call. It supports SmartRinger, so the ringer will only go off when you're away from the desk — reduce distractions and streamline work.
