Jabra Engage 50 II is a plug-and-play headset that comes with USB-A or USB-C connectivity. The USB-A model (PN: 5099-610-279) comes standard. It is compatible with almost every unified communications platform and most leading contact center platforms. The headset is also available in a mono UC version, or with a Link inline call control unit in either UC or MS versions.

Engage 50 II provides exceptionally clear calls for workers in contact centers, offices and home offices — as well as hybrid workers. The headset uses a three-microphone array, so it provides clear speech without background noise. The microphones can enable speech-to-text functionality like automatic call transcription — incredible. The headset has noise-isolating earcups and optimized dual 20 mm speakers — excellent for comprehension. For ergonomics and optimal usability, Engage 50 II has a maze-shaped pattern on the earcups that reduces ear pressure, and a lightweight construction — only weighs 65 g. Engage 50 II takes it one step further with integrated technologies. BalancedVoice dynamic range compression automatically makes the sound level balance proper for comprehension of voices — for every call you make. It supports the Engage+ live feedback widget, which provides real-time notifications on things like background noise and call duration — lets you improve the call during the call itself. The widget even helps you position the headset's microphone properly. To reduce distractions in the office, Engage 50 II has a busylight on the earphones — coworkers will know when you're busy. Set the headset's SmartRinger, so it only rings when you're away.
