Jabra Engage 50 II is a plug-and-play headset that comes with USB-A or USB-C connectivity. The USB-A model (PN: 5099-299-2219) comes standard. It is compatible with almost every unified communications platform and most leading contact center platforms. The headset is also available in a mono UC version, or in MS versions for use with Microsoft Teams.

This version of the headset has a Link inline call control unit with volume wheel and call handling button — customizable buttons for platform integrations and more. The stereo headset uses noise-isolating earcups and dual 20 mm speakers to improve focus and comprehension. For ergonomics, Engage 50 II uses maze-shaped patterns on the earcups to reduce ear pressure and it weighs only 65 g. Jabra stress-tested the headset to ensure durability over the long haul. Engage 50 II integrates technologies for an even better experience. BalancedVoice dynamic range compression automatically levels sounds for a balance that makes voices easier to understand — on every call you make. The headset works with the Engage+ live feedback widget, which gives you real-time notifications on important factors like background noise levels and call duration, so you can improve the call during the call itself. The widget even helps you properly position the microphone boom. To reduce distractions in the office, Engage 50 II features a busylight on both earphones, so everyone will know when you're on a call. Set the SmartRinger so the headset only rings when you're away from the desk.
