This product page is for Jabra Engage 55 UC Mono. Engage 55 is also available in a Microsoft Teams Edition (MS) and in stereo or convertible form factors. You can also get the headset with a charging stand (not included with this model). Engage 55 comes with a Jabra Link 400 DECT Adapter, which comes in either USB-A (Standard USB) or USB-C. This product comes with the USB-A variant by default. If you wish to get it with the USB-C variant, please select that option above.
Jabra Engage 55 UC is a wireless headset for business — perfect for the office or at home. Engage 55 uses DECT to communicate with an included USB adapter that you plug into your computer, giving you ultra-secure communications with a wireless range you won't believe. As a professional headset, Engage 55 features a dual microphone array designed to greatly reduce distractions — and a single headphone optimized for speech clarity. As a mono headset, this model lets you hear yourself talking and keep in touch with your surroundings. The headset supports Jabra SafeTone 2.0 technology — protects your ear from damage. Engage 55 has a busylight to let coworkers know when you're on a call. The user replaceable Li-ion battery offers up to 13 hours of talk time — use it all day long. Charge the headset via the included USB cable or via its optional charging stand (not included).
Jabra Engage 55 UC comes with a Jabra Link 400 DECT Adapter — arrives prepaired with the headset. This plug-and-play USB dongle is a puck with flexible connector to make it lightweight and portable — perfect for hybrid workers. Using DECT instead of Bluetooth means you get a wireless range of up to 490 feet! Jabra has implemented the protocol to exceed the Secure DECT Level C standard with military-grade 256-bit AES encryption and more — ultra-secure. The adapter has a light on it to indicate status. Because it acts as a USB peripheral, Engage 55 UC is compatible with almost every unified communications platform, VoIP phone system, and cloud phone service on the market today. The headset is Zoom Certified and Google Meet Certified.
