Plantronics MDA524 QD is a smart audio processor for Plantronics 4-pin QD (Quick Disconnect) headsets that lets call agents serve customers better by enabling the simple switching between desk phone and smartphone calls while you keep wearing the same headset. In addition, MDA524 QD supports enhanced audio channel mixing, as well as call analytics using Plantronics Manager Pro (available seperately).
