This model of Blackwire 3225 has a 3.5 mm cable attached to the headset, which you can use to plug directly into devices. Or you can plug the cable into the included inline call control unit with USB-C cable and tethered USB-A adapter, giving you optionality for use with either USB port type. The included inline call control unit provides the simplest method for managing calls: just a tap of a button.
