Poly CCX 500 provides an everyday solution for professional communications using Microsoft Teams. Designed for a native Teams experience, CCX 500 features a large capacitive touchscreen display oriented like a smartphone, providing users with a familiar, easy-to-use interface. Poly brings their legendary audio quality: Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity. CCX 500 has an integrated Bluetooth 4.2 radio, so you can natively use a wireless headset. For wired headsets, the phone has a dedicated RJ9 port, plus USB and USB-C ports for plug-and-play headsets. It comes with a full-duplex speakerphone with premier noise reduction. The phone's handset is hearing aid compatible for accessibility.
Poly CCX 500 seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams. Provision and manage the phone as part of your telephony fleet via the Microsoft Teams Device Portal. CCX 500 has two Gigabit Ethernet ports for lightning-fast, future-proof network connectivity. If you want to connect CCX 500 to Wi-Fi to enable wireless flexibility, Poly offers an Wi-Fi dongle (not included). Power CCX 500 via PoE or via power supply (not included).
Note: This is the Microsoft Teams version of the CCX 500. It is not compatible with SIP phone systems or services. For a model of this phone to use with SIP, see the CCX 500 Open SIP Edition.
