Poly CCX EM60 Expansion Module - 8F3R9AA

Poly CCX EM60 is an expansion module for compatible Poly CCX Series IP Phones. CCX EM60 is useful for the C-suite, reception, the hotel lobby, and anywhere else you need streamline your workflow with extra quick action keys. The CCX attendant console has a 5-inch color display and 20 physical line keys with dual color indicator lights. Use the CCX sidecar to add 60 extra line keys in total, because you can configure three pages of 20 keys. The page keys at the base of the display let you flip between virtual pages. The CCX expansion module supports SIP line registrations, call appearances, speed dials, DSS, and BLF. It also works with Microsoft Teams. When you use CCX EM60 with a Microsoft Teams phone, you can use the line keys to speed dial your Microsoft Teams contacts and see the Teams presence of contacts. Each line key has a dual color LED indicator light to tell you the line status at a glance: green for available, red for busy.

CCX EM60 is a cinch to install: simply plug it into the CCX phone. It has a locking tab that connects it to the phone and holds it securely. It also has USB-A and USB-C plugs that connect to the corresponding ports on the phone. The expansion module has USB-A and USB-C plugs of its own (both reserved for future use as of April 2025). You can connect one CCX EM60 to a compatible phone.

Note: As of April 2025, CCX EM60 is compatible with CCX 505, CCX 600, and CCX 700. It is compatible with both Open SIP and Microsoft Teams versions of the phones.
