Poly Edge E550 is the most versatile VoIP phone that Poly has ever produced — with integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to boot. With a stylish, modern design, Edge E550 has a 5-inch color display. The 12 line keys support multiple pages for 48 line key assignments in total. If you need more lines, use up to 2 Poly Edge E Expansion Modules (not included). The display has a color indicator status light bar around it — an integrated busylight. Edge E550 has two USB-C ports that support a variety of uses, including a USB headset, expansion module and media/storage applications. You can connect the phone to the wireless network via Wi-Fi — perfect for home office workers who don't want to run Ethernet cable. Or you can use the dual Gigabit Ethernet ports.

Edge E550 gives you Poly's signature sound quality. HD Voice makes voice sound exceptionally lifelike — improves comprehension. Acoustic Fence greatly reduces background noise when you're using the handset or a wired headset. NoiseBlockAI does the same when you're using the full-duplex speakerphone. Acoustic Clarity, well, clarifies sound quality on for full-duplex conversations. Poly designed the speakers to improve the bass frequency — even better sound. Edge E550 gives you several options for hands-free communications: wireless Bluetooth headset, USB-C headset and traditional wired headset. NFC technology streamlines contactless pairing for secure guest login, Bluetooth pairing and other scenarios.

Edge E550 features Microban® antimicrobial protection on the phone console, handset and handset cord, making it more sanitary. Poly also has made the phone more accessible with features like adjustable screen color and font size. The handset is hearing aid compatible (HAC). The phone comes with a two-position desk stand and a wall mount kit is available separately. You can power the phone via PoE. If you're using Wi-Fi, you'll need a power supply (not included). Edge E550 is Energy Star® rated — efficient.
