Voyager 4310 UC gives you Poly's signature audio quality with a monaural design, so you can stay in touch with what's happening around you. It uses two microphones for Acoustic Fence, which creates a virtual wall around you when you're speaking — first class background noise reduction. The headset also supports Dynamic EQ — optimize sound based on use-case: voice or media. Call controls are on the earphone with the mute button on the microphone boom — very convenient. Dynamic mute alert tells you that you're talking when the mic is muted. The on-call indicator on the headphone indicates to people around you that you're on a call or otherwise busy.

Voyager 4310 UC supports Bluetooth 5.2 — up to 164 ft wireless range. Multi-connectivity support lets you connect to a computer and mobile device at the same time. Use it all day long — up to 24 hrs of talk time and up to 47 hrs of listening time. When you're running low, quick charging provides up to 10 hrs of listening time after 15 minutes of charging — and a full charge takes only 1.6 hrs. Voyager 4310 UC is ultra comfortable — adjustable padded headband and improved memory foam ear cushions, weighing only 122 g.
