A panic button and "man down" sensor let the Spectralink 8453 notify personnel of duress. The man down sensor monitors the user's motion and issues an alert if a problem becomes apparent. The Spectralink 8453 handset also protects itself with industry-standard water and dust resistance, as well as the ability to withstand shocks.
