Talkaphone AOR-24 24-Channel Area of Refuge Command Unit

Talkaphone AOR-24 provides ultra-reliable, ADA-compliant control for up to 24 area of refuge emergency phones. All the 24 phones connect to AOR-24, which both connects them to the PBX and powers them. The command unit simplifies your infrastructure by requiring only three POTS lines for 24 emergency phones. It provides power for all the emergency phones, including via its built-in UPS (uninterruptible power supply) in case of a power outage. AOR-24 has a built-in local phone. A list with LEDs shows the status of all extensions.

Talkaphone AOR-24 comes with a strobe/siren unit for an additional level of alerting. The strobe provides a visual signal: it's automatically triggered by an incoming call and stays on until the call ends. The siren provides a loud audio signal: it turns on when a call arrives and turns off when the call is answered. AOR-24 monitors the integrity of the ground, short, and opens and will alert you if a fault is detected. The box is made from 16 gauge steel for long-lasting durability. The list of extensions is protected by a clear acrylic window.
