Talkaphone VOIP-500ECK is an IP emergency call station with two buttons and a keypad. Designed for indoor or outdoor installation, VOIP-500ECK has a large red emergency button and a smaller black button for calling. VOIP-500ECK is compliant with ADA regulations: the buttons are labelled with raised and braille lettering for sight-challenged users and there are LED indicator lights for hearing-challenged users. VOIP-500ECK offers incredible wideband audio to increase comprehension. The call station has self-diagnostic testing for the buttons, keypad, microphone, and speaker to ensure proper operation over the long term. Your team can place calls to the call station or monitor calls using the auto-answer feature. VOIP-500ECK also has an auto-dialer to store up to six numbers to call in succession in case of busy lines or no one to take calls. You can program the keys to call specific extensions or activate connected devices like door strikes.
VOIP-500ECK runs the open SIP protocol and is compatible with Cisco. It has a marine grade stainless steel faceplate with security screws for a rugged, vandal-resistant construction. VOIP-500ECK also offers an extended operating temperature range for outdoor installation in hot or cold environments. VOIP-500ECK supports PoE for powering the call station using an Ethernet cable. Use the secondary Ethernet port for connecting another IP device like a security camera. Use the auxiliary inputs and outputs for connecting devices including door strikes and LED lights. VOIP-500ECK is simple to configure and manage using the web-based GUI.
