Typographical Errors

IP Phone Warehouse, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Photographic Errors
In the event that an IP Phone Warehouse, LLC product is mistakenly listed with an inaccurate product image, IP Phone Warehouse, LLC shall not be liable for any discrepancy between the product image and the delivered product.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by IP Phone Warehouse, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. Taxes
Customer shall be responsible for any state or local tax (excluding taxes based on IP Phone Warehouse, LLC's income or profits) that results from the transfer of title or sale or delivery of the Products purchased hereunder unless a valid and correct tax exemption certificate is furnished to IP Phone Warehouse, LLC prior to delivery. Organizations and individuals purchasing items in states other than Wisconsin bear the responsibility of reporting and paying sales and use taxes to your state on all merchandise purchased from IP Phone Warehouse, LLC. By submitting your order, you agree to the terms for this site.
Shipping
IP Phone Warehouse reserves the right to substitute shipping carriers between UPS and FedEx without notice.
International Shipping
Customer shall be responsible for any brokerage GST disbursement fees, entry prep fees, customs GST fees, and any duty amounts prior to delivery.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a IP Phone Warehouse, LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Return Policy
All returns and replacements are subject to the following policy and conditions.
Some items are returnable through IP Phone Warehouse, LLC and some items are not.
Items from the following brands are not returnable to IP Phone Warehouse, LLC due to policies and restrictions: 2N, Aastra, ACTi, Aiphone, Algo, Avaya, Axis, Barco, Bogen, Bosch, CyberData, Epygi, GAI-Tronics, GeoVision, Jabra, Plantronics, Quintum, Samsung, Sangoma, Spectralink, TeleMatrix, Toshiba, UT Starcom, Viking Electronics, VivoTek, and Yealink. For claims on items from brands in this list, please contact the manufacturer directly, as the manufacturer facilitates all warranty claims. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty information. If you need help finding contact information for the manufacturer, please contact us and we would be glad to help.
Items from other brands not in this list may be subject to similar policies and restrictions; the standard return policy does not apply to these items.
Video conferencing equipment and accessories, headsets, power supplies, batteries, and refurbished items are returnable for replacement or repair during their warranty period; these items cannot be returned for credit. Refurbished items are not returnable unless proven defective, and can only be exchanged for the same item.
Some items may come with a money back guarantee. If one of these items needs to be returned, IP Phone Warehouse, LLC is not responsible for this return. Please contact the manufacturer directly in these circumstances.
Bulk orders, special order items, and items that received discounted, bulk, or promotional pricing are not returnable under any circumstances. Software and license keys are not returnable under any circumstances.
Unless contracted for installation or support services, IP Phone Warehouse, LLC will not assist in the installation or configuration of items under any circumstances. IP Phone Warehouse, LLC may provide firmware or software updates and manuals, subject to availability.
Items can be returned to IP Phone Warehouse, LLC only if they are unopened, manufacturer-sealed and in brand-new condition. No opened or used items can be returned for credit.
If the manufacturer determines that an opened item is defective, the item may be exchanged, depending on the manufacturer’s returns and exchange policies.
Returns are subject to shipping and restocking fees, as outlined below.
The customer is responsible for shipping all returned items back to IP Phone Warehouse, LLC. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10-30% of the original sale price. IP Phone Warehouse, LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges for returns.
The restocking fee covers credit card fees, processing, order handling, and other expenses. The restocking fee is variable, and depends on the product type, manufacturer, and other conditions.
No returns past 30 days from purchase date will be considered for credit.
Promotional Offer Limitations: Any promotional offer (e.g., "free tech support" or "free promotional item") is on a per customer basis and is limited to a single free session or item per customer. Free tech support sessions and promotional items cannot be stacked, nor do they compound. Refurbished, overstock, surplus, clearance, and similar items are not eligible for manufacturer rebates and similar incentives.
Special Orders and Backorders
All special orders and backorders require 100% prepayment. Special orders are not refundable after processing or returnable. Some backorders maybe canceled after processing if they have not shipped and are determined to be in a cancelable state but are subject to a 15-30% cancelation fee. If a backorder item has shipped prior to the cancelation request, the order cannot be canceled but a return authorization can be requested. Note that all returns are subject to our return policy.
