Valcom V-9807 is a steel enclosure with faceplate for protecting 8-inch paging speakers. Designed to be vandal-resistant, V-9807 is made from heavy gauge steel with a gray powder coat finish. It works for surface mounting. The screws are vandal-resistant as well. The faceplate is a steel mesh security baffle to prevent vandals from inserting objects and harming the speaker. It has a knockout for a 0.50-inch or 0.75-inch conduit and mounting holes for single-gang, double-gang, or octagon outlet box. V-9807 is intended for indoor use.
