Valcom V-WMCA Wireless Master Clock Transceiver

Valcom V-WMCA is a wireless master clock transceiver that keeps a single time standard for compatible Valcom wireless clocks. V-WMCA can be used as a transmitter or repeater. It has a built-in calendar with a leap year to keep the schedule accurate. When used as a primary master clock, it also has field-enabled daylight savings time. Additionally, V-WMCA has a frequency tuning circuit that allows for time correction with changes in temperature. The wireless clock transceiver can display the time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format.

For wireless communications, V-WMCA uses a proprietary protocol by Valcom that uses the 915 to 928 MHz range with frequency hopping technology. The Valcom Wireless Communication protocol has a transmission range of up to 1000 meters (3280 feet) in open space.
