Viking E-1600-BK-IPEWP is a compact VoIP emergency phone with Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP). EWP makes the emergency phone suitable for outdoor installation where it will be exposed to precipitation or condensation. It includes a potted circuit board, foam rubber gaskets, sealed connections, and more. As an IP emergency phone, E-1600-BK-IPEWP is made from stainless steel and has a highly visible Push for Help sign with Grade 2 Braille lettering for accessibility. It is designed for critical communications as an emergency phone in public, outdoor spaces. As a VoIP emergency phone, it supports the SIP protocol for broad interoperability and is programmed through the network. All programming parameters like customized extensions are stored in the phone on non-volatile memory. As a critical-scenario intercom for public areas, it ensures a clear audio stream with automatic noise cancellation.
