Viking E-1600-RDA-EWP is a compact, ADA compliant emergency phone with Enhanced Weather Protection. Designed for indoor or outdoor installation in areas with increased precipitation or condensation, E-1600-RDA-EWP meets the IP66 durability standard and has an extended operating temperature range. As an analog emergency phone, E-1600-RDA-EWP is ultra-simple to use: you just have to press its one button. Easy to read lettering and intuitive graphics guide the user. By having such an easy mode of operation, you are choosing a solution for emergency communications in critical situations. E-1600-RDA-EWP is simple to setup: program it to dial up to 5 extensions plus 2 central station numbers via a touchtone phone. All programming parameters are stored in non-volatile memory. Surface mount the emergency phone on a wall, post, or 1 gang electrical box.

Part of the Viking 1600A Series of ADA Compliant Emergency Phones, E-1600-RDA-EWP enhances accessibility by its construction. It has Grade 2 Braille lettering, it automatically lights up the Call Connected LED to indicate status, and it has a built-in digital voice announcer. Its bright red finish makes it eye-catching, important for an emergency phone. Automatic noise cancellation improves sound quality in more chaotic locations. E-1600-RDA-EWP is made from 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and has a red fine texture powder paint finish. It is powered via the telephone line connection.
