Viking MSB-30-EWP Mic/Speaker/Button Panel for IP Cameras

Viking MSB-30-EWP is an outdoor-ready panel that you connect to an IP camera. By using MSB-30-EWP, you can make the IP security camera into a VoIP video phone. The mic/speaker/button panel features Viking's Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP), which includes an internally sealed switch, mylar speaker, self-draining microphone mount, and more. MSB-30-EWP adds two-way audio communications to the connected IP surveillance camera with both audio and video streaming over an internet connection. If the camera already has a microphone and/or speaker, you can use MSB-30-EWP to greatly improve audio quality and provide the simplicity of a one-button intercom. The panel has a 2W speaker amplifier for powerful sound. The integrated amp also gives you the option of improving coverage by powering an auxiliary speaker.

To enable two-way communications, connect the MSB-30-EWP's line-level audio I/O connections to the IP camera's I/O connections. The panel's Call button switch can be set to trigger the camera or ring a door bell. The call button has a blue LED light to indicate status and make it usable in all lighting conditions. Built for durability, it has a vandal-resistant stainless steel faceplate with laser-etched graphics and Torx security screws. Power MSB-30-EWP using the included power adapter.
