Viking VE-5x5-PNL-NR is an official surface mount box with a clear-coated aluminum blank panel. The panel is intended to by modified to install a card reader, keypad, switch, or similar device. The mount box is made from 16 gauge cold rolled steel with a black powder painted finish.
Mount VE-5x5-PNL-NR on a surface like a wall, post, gang box, or Viking gooseneck pedestal. The mount box adds weather- and vandal-resistance and is useful for entryways, gated entrances, toll booths, and similar applications.
