Yealink RoomPanel E2 is an 8-inch touchscreen panel with integrated LED lights intended for use as meeting room scheduling panel. Convenient and simple to use, RoomPanel E2 can be mounted on a wall in a public space or passageway to let everyone be able to view the room calendar, schedule a meeting, check in or out, and more. As an Android tablet for meeting rooms, RoomPanel E2 provides a familiar, modern, touch-based interface for helping workers collaborate. The touchscreen display repels fingerprints, and it has embedded ambient light and proximity sensors to automatically adjust its brightness and wake it up when someone approaches. Connect the scheduling panel to the network via wired Ethernet or wireless Wi-Fi.
RoomPanel E2 has RGB LED status indicator lights on the shorter sides, which light up to tell people at a glance whether the room is occupied or free. It can be installed either in landscape or portrait orientation. It has integrated Bluetooth for connecting to compatible room sensors and to support proximity features. Securely manage and monitor the scheduling panel remotely using Yealink Management Cloud Server. RoomPanel E2 comes with a variety of mounting options: surface mount it on a wall, mount it on a standard 2-gang electrical box, or use the mullion mount bracket for mullions. It can also be mounted on glass. It can be powered either via Power Over Ethernet (PoE) or via the included power adapter.
