Yealink CM20 is an AI-powered, beam-forming microphone array for installation in the ceiling of conference rooms to give your meetings the professional audio quality you desire. Yealink SkySound CM20 uses 16 microphones for HD voice capture in 360°, covering roughly 100 ft². This mic array tracks speakers with 8 output beams to pinpoint where participants are in the meeting room space. It can be integrated with your cameras to improve speaker tracking. AI Dynamic Noise Reduction and AI Reverberation Suppression allows the microphone array to adapt automatically to changing room conditions, giving you exceptional audio performance every time.

CM20 has an integrated DSP (Digital Signal Processor) so you don’t have to worry about external audio processing to get the best results. CM20 is a plug-and-play expansion microphone for Yealink MVC Video Conferencing Systems. Power the microphone via POE (Power Over Ethernet).
